KÜT Okey Kullanım Koşulları

Son güncelleme: 29 Ekim 2026.

Bu Koşullar, App Store’da “Küt: Amerikano Okey” adıyla yayınlanan KÜT’ün kullanımını düzenler. KÜT’ün yayıncısı Dubai’de bulunan I SEE U TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ’dir. Uygulamadaki ad adımında DEVAM ET’e basarak bu Koşulları ve Topluluk Kuralları’nı kabul edersin.

KÜT Okey Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2026.

These Terms govern your use of KÜT, listed on the App Store as “Küt: Amerikano Okey,” published by I SEE U TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ in Dubai. By tapping DEVAM ET on the name step in the app, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

1. Chips Are Not Money

Chips in KÜT Okey are a scorekeeping device and nothing else. They have no monetary value, are not a currency, and are not property.

  • Chips cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or anything of value, by us or by anyone else.
  • Chips cannot be transferred or traded between players. Table gifts such as tea, a fruit bowl, and a hookah are decorative only: their chip cost is deducted from the sender, and the recipient does not receive any chips.
  • Chips are never refundable, and a chip balance does not survive account deletion.

KÜT Okey is a simulated card-and-tile game. It is not gambling, offers no opportunity to win anything of real-world value, and no purchase can improve your odds in a hand — the deal is random (see §3).

2. Buy-Ins and Table Stakes

Sitting at a table costs chips. That cost is charged when you are seated and is not returned if you leave the table mid-game — the other players are relying on your seat. If our server shuts down in an orderly way before a game finishes, buy-ins are returned automatically.

3. Fair Dealing

Each hand is dealt from a cryptographically random seed. At the start of the hand, the server creates a SHA-256 commitment of the seed; at the end, the seed is revealed and the app checks the match in the background. Using bots, automation, modified clients, or multiple accounts to gain an advantage is prohibited, and you may not interfere with the game server.

3a. Unacceptable Content

We have zero tolerance for inappropriate, abusive, hateful, or impersonating player names, or for harassment. These may result in a name reset or permanent account termination.

4. Chat

At a table, signed-in players can send short messages of up to 50 characters to the other players at the same table, or send one of the preset lines. Messages are checked automatically before they are delivered and may be blocked. We may restrict the chat of players who break the Community Guidelines; restrictions can be appealed. Some players at a table may be computer-controlled players, and they may also chat. There are no private messages.

4a. Profile Photo

Players signed in with Apple, Google or Facebook may upload an optional profile photo; guest accounts cannot. The photo must show your own face. Photos that show a child, another person or a celebrity, or that contain nudity, sexual content, violence, hate symbols, text, contact details or advertising, are not accepted (see the Community Guidelines).

Every photo is checked automatically and then reviewed by a person from the KÜT team; until it is approved, only you can see it. You can change an approved photo once every 7 days. If 3 of your photos are rejected within 30 days, you cannot upload a photo for 30 days. A rejection for nudity or a child results in a permanent photo upload lock.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are disabled in the current version. When they are enabled, all payments are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms, purchased chips are consumed on delivery, and refunds are handled by Apple — not by us. Buying chips never buys a better hand.

6. Ending Access

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or end access to accounts that cheat, abuse other players, or attack the service.
