KÜT Hesabını Silme
Bu sayfa, I SEE U TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ tarafından yayınlanan KÜT’teki (App Store ve Google Play’de “Küt: Amerikano Okey”) hesabını nasıl sileceğini anlatır.
Uygulama içinden silme
- KÜT’ü aç.
- Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve Güvenlik bölümüne git.
- Hesabı Sil’e dokun ve onayla.
Silme hemen gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
E-postayla silme talebi
Uygulama artık cihazında yoksa info@playkut.com adresine “KÜT hesabımı sil” konusuyla ve oyuncu adınla yaz. Hesabını 30 gün içinde siler ve e-postayla bildiririz.
Silinenler
- Profilin: oyuncu adı, portre, çip, seviye, tecrübe, seri, hedef ve lig verileri
- Hesabına bağlı arkadaş, hediye, engelleme ve şikâyet kayıtları
- Profil fotoğrafların, fotoğraf kayıtların, gönderdiğin fotoğraf şikâyetleri ve fotoğraf yükleme kilidi kayıtların
- Destek talepleri ve mesajları
- Bildirim jetonun ve varsa Apple ile Giriş bağlantın
- Oturum jetonun; uygulama yeni bir oyuncu olarak açılır
Saklananlar
- Oyun olayları ve satın alma kayıtlarının kimliğinle bağlantısı kaldırılır; yalnızca istatistik, muhasebe ve iade işlemleri için kimliksiz toplamlar olarak saklanır.
- Profilini hâlâ içerebilecek sunucu yedekleri 14 gün, Cloudflare R2’deki yedekler 30 gün sonra silinir.
- Fotoğraf inceleme kayıtları (yapay zekâ puanları, karar ve kategori; görsel yok) kimliğinden ayrılarak saklanır; görselden okunan yazı silinir. Reddedilmiş bir görselin yalnızca hash’i ve ret kategorisi kimliksiz olarak kalır.
- Kalıcı fotoğraf yükleme kilidin varsa, aynı hesap yeniden açılıp fotoğraf yükleyemesin diye giriş kimliğinden türetilmiş tek yönlü bir iz (HMAC) saklanır.
- Çocuk istismarı şüphesiyle ayrılan görseller şifreli saklanır, otomatik olarak silinmez ve yetkili makamlarla paylaşılabilir.
Çipler oyun içi puandır ve nakit değeri yoktur; hesabı silmek satın almaları iade etmez. İade için Apple veya Google ile iletişime geç.

Delete Your KÜT Account
This page explains how to delete your account in KÜT (“Küt: Amerikano Okey” on the App Store and Google Play), published by I SEE U TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ.
Delete in the app
- Open KÜT.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Safety.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app, write to info@playkut.com with the subject “Delete my KÜT account” and your player name. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile: player name, portrait, chips, level, experience, streaks, goals and league data
- Friends, gifts, blocks and reports linked to your account
- Your profile photos, photo records, the photo reports you submitted and your photo upload-lock records
- Support requests and their messages
- Your notification token and any Sign in with Apple connection
- Your session token, so the app starts as a new player
What is kept
- Game events and purchase records are disconnected from your identity and kept only as anonymous totals for statistics, accounting and refund handling.
- Server backups that may still contain your profile are deleted after 14 days; backups in Cloudflare R2 are deleted after 30 days.
- Photo review records (AI scores, decision and category; no image) are kept without your identity, and any text read from an image is removed. For a rejected image, only its hash and rejection category remain, without your identity.
- If you have a permanent photo upload lock, a one-way trace (HMAC) derived from your sign-in identifier is kept so that the same account cannot be reopened to upload again.
- Images set aside as suspected child sexual abuse material are stored encrypted, are not deleted automatically and may be shared with the competent authorities.
Chips are an in-game score and have no cash value; deleting your account does not refund purchases. For refunds, contact Apple or Google.
